Buffalo Games 1000-Piece Jigsaw Puzzle - Old Martha's Vineyard by Charles Wysocki for Family Game Night

I love Charles Wysocki puzzles. The artwork is incredible. They are the only puzzles I will buy or gift.Never been disappointedI like this artist's puzzles - always interestingThere was a piece missing it was the first time that this happen. I have purchased a lot of puzzles and never had a problem before.Missing 4 pieces and have 2 duplicate pieces. Otherwise, a good puzzle.I love Buffalo games and buy Wysocki puzzles often but this last one came missing one piece. With no way to directly contact the company I have to return it to get my money back. Now, is the time to take it in for return worth doing so? So disappointed.So it was actually quite easy to return the puzzle and get it replaced quickly. I would have edited to a 5 star if it hadn't come with a piece missing the first time. Second time - all pieces were intact.This puzzle is missing 3 pieces and so far has 2 pieces that don't belong to this picture. I don't want to return it because I am almost finished and don't want to start over.I have worked many 1000 piece puzzles, all by Buffalo. This is my absolute favorite so far. It was a very fun puzzle to work. I did not find it to be difficult.
