i really enjoy this handheld. Took a little bit to learn what buttons do what, like shortcuts to raise/lower volume, increase/decrease brightness, select game, backup to the last menu etc. Keep in mind, not all games work but most do. My favorite games like Wrestlefest, Punisher the arcade game and Cadillacs and Dinosaurs all work. i also ordered a case off of Amazon designed for a Switch lite and it fit like a glove.L2 and r2 buttons broke on day 2 bought new buttons and it didnt fix the problemGreat look and feel. The buttons rattle a little but play great.Screen is nice, game selection is great. Battery life is 5 hours ish.More fun than the RG351mp.As above great game machine. Only thing is delivery went to hub. Not coming to my door was a disappointment. If I lived in a house versus apt item would have come to door.This thing is highly customizable, I'm using a separate card with a different OS. RetroAchievements work, can change emulators and download them. Plays everything flawlessly up until PSP for me. To have all the games I grew up with in handheld form is just amazing.Really good bad thing is can't turn brightness up to 100 because over heats and screen turns off but other then that I love itSo many games! If you are new to handhelds and want something that works right out of the box, get this! Good build quality and much less expensive than top tier android or windows pocket systems!Device will not charge unless the screen is left on. Will not charge while off, nor will it charge in standby mode. I've tried multiple name brand chargers and a few generic chargers and only one single charger I own works for it.Giving this 1 star, because this issue pretty much makes it unusable as a portable device, which it's supposed to be.I don't believe I will ever buy a Powkiddy device again.
