Insane to think this is how a brand new product is delivered. Every accessory mentioned in the listing was missing, and the one item that did arrive (the machine itself) was covered in dirt and dust. This machine was definitely resold and repackaged to me with no inspection to make sure the product looked good. Very disappointed.
